AP DSC 2012 notification was released today, 30 January 2012 along with the results of TET 2012. The total number of posts filled through DSC examination 2012 is: 21,343. The online applications can be submitted from February 23, 2012 and the last date for online application for DSC is March 17. The exam dates are: May 2, May 3 & May 4, 2012.

It is to note that this time, all applicants should apply through online only. And there will be no Apprenticeship for selected candidates from this year.

DSC 2012: Number of SGT posts – 11,602

Number of posts for School Assistants – 5,703

Total Number of posts for Language Pundits – 2,000

Municipal School Teachers – 1,673

Number of posts allotted for PET – 365
