It prefers optic fiber cable system in Internet services. Beam internet Unlimited packages start from 256 Kbps at 400 Rs per month and the last package is 4 Mbps at 1500 Rs per month. Data Limit packages begin with 2 Mbps at 300 Rs per month and the last package is 4 Mbps to 20 Mbps at 3000 Rs per month.

I am using Beam Broadband 10mbps, Rs 1000 / month package for last 6 months. They agreed to pay rental for their CP box on my premises & havent paid till date. While they collected broadband service charges of Rs.1000 from me regularly.
Here is my mail to their Appellate Authority sandeep.s@beamtele.com & Nodal Officer after getting no response for several months.

It is disappointing to note that ‘ Beam Telecom ‘ is so unprofessional , badly managed & manned by people who cannot think business ! They are hell bent upon turning a Happy customer into a higly dissatified one !
I raised 8 tickets seeking rentals & all closed with no action.
I am sure your Cash balance is in BAD shape, that is why Beam failed to clear rentals for POP & CP Box since Feb 2011. To HELP you, I proposed to pay Rs 10,000/- for 1 Year subscription against your payment of my Rental Arrears . This is a Win Win solution. You gain from me to maintain your Cash balance.
But there is no response from you, even after a week of my proposing this …..sending mails to Billing@beamtele.com !!!
I have called 66272727 & requested Sales team to contact my friend in need of broadband connection & provided contact details. 1 week after this, no one contacts/visits them for providing connection.
I can clearly see the BRIGHT future for Beam Telecom pvt ltd. !!!
