AP Medical 3^rd and final phase counseling for MBBS & BDS courses 2011-2012 admissions schedule and dates are released by NTR Health University, Vijayawada. The counseling will be done for those seats which are vacant and remained unfilled in 1^st & 2^nd counseling. Here is the full notification of Medicine 3^rd & final counseling schedule & dates.

In continuation of earlier notification dated 13-07-2011 and 10-08-2011 the University proposes to fill up the vacant seats arose after 2nd counseling for admission into MBBS/BDS courses for the year 2011-12. The Seats in  Great Eastern Medical school, Srikakulam will also be filled as per the Orders of Hon’ble High Court dt: 18-08-2011 in W.P.M.P.No.25316 of 2011 in W.P.No.20834 of 2011.  The counseling for Special Categories will be held on                             20-09-2011 and the 3rd and final counseling will be held from 21-09-2011  to 25-09-2011 for all other categories.

 The Eligible Rank holders* of EAMCET-2011 are directed to attend the counseling as per the schedule

COUNSELING SCHEDULE FOR SPECIAL CATEGORIES:

Counseling centre: Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada (Single Centre only)

The list of candidates with priorities as fixed by the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Merit List of eligible candidates*are displayed in the Website of the University. http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in

Counseling for OC, BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD, BCE, SC & ST categories for MBBS / BDS courses. 

Counseling centre: Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada (Single Centre only) 

Note: As this is the final counseling, Cancellation of admission is not allowed under any circumstances. The Fee (College fee & University fee) paid by the candidates will not be refunded under any circumstances.

(1)   The details of vacancies will be displayed in the University Website on 19.09.2011.

(2)     Candidate shall be physically present at the time of counseling

(3)     The selected candidates shall submit all original certificates and pay college fee and University fee by way of crossed demand drafts (as detailed in the earlier notification dt. 13-07-2011) drawn on any Nationalized Bank  in favour of the Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences,  payable at Vijayawada.

(4)     The other terms and conditions for counseling remain unchanged as announced in our earlier notification dated 13.07.2011.

(6)     Candidates who have already taken admission in earlier counseling shall bring the copies of allotment orders receipt of certificates, fee receipt and admission order from the college where the candidate got admitted.
